Service

eKarobar360 is cloud business management software including POS, inventory, ledger, expenses, suppliers, and reporting. Features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
• Information you provide must be accurate and lawful.
• You are responsible for activity under your business account, including staff users you authorize.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to store illegal content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Upload malware or interfere with other users' data.

Subscriptions & trials

Paid plans, trials, and billing terms are presented during signup or in your account. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in limited access or suspension after notice where required.

Your data

You retain ownership of business data you enter. You grant us a license to host, process, and back up that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy policy for details.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for verifying financial and tax records.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eKarobar360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
